Faq Information

We handle delivery through our carrier partner for all products fulfilled by Our delivery partner is committed to ensure a smooth delivery process for you.

For certain express items, you can request that they be delivered on the same day or the next day if that was not their original delivery estimate. Please note that there are also international deliveries that may it takes 7 to 15 days to arrive depends on supplier contacts with international courier services.

You’ll see a banner on the product’s description page that lets you know whether an item is available for same day delivery, for next day delivery or its international delivery. Please note that these options cannot be available at the same time.

Please note that we do not make deliveries on Friday. Therefore, same day delivery is not available as an option on Friday and next day delivery is not available on Thursday. 


Same day delivery and/or next day delivery availability and how much it costs depends on the city we’re delivering to. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer it in all cities yet.

As well as being notified by email, you can check the progress and status of your order by logging into your base53 account and clicking on “My Account” > Orders. Every product ordered will be listed, by clicking on each you will get the status of that product. 

When your order is shipped, you will be notified by email, and once it’s out for delivery you will receive an email with a link to reschedule, combine or cancel the shipment.

All orders will be handled by our delivery partners.

You can cancel your order during the confirmation or while it’s under preparing by logging into your base53 account and clicking on “My Account” > Orders. Every product ordered will be listed, by clicking on each you will get the option to cancel.

Once your order is shipped and sent out for delivery, you cannot cancel or amend address until you received the item.

Currently we only ship orders to the UAE.

We will notify you about the status of your order via email.

We’ll only call you if any of the information provided by you needs additional verification.

You can return a product if it is not a part of the non-returnable list and if you have received:

  1. An incorrect product (if the product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags).
  2. A damaged / defective product (For electronics, open products will be accepted if different from description or picture displayed).
  3. If you have changed your mind or placed a wrong order, we will only accept a return under certain conditions:
  • The items are in its original retail packaging (Sealed/Closed Box) and is not damaged or tampered in any condition. The seal of the item needs to be in a intact condition.
  • For Clothing & other fashion products, the product needs to be in original packaging and have all the original tags.
  • For all other products, returns are accepted if product is in unbroken original packaging, including all accessories.

Refund will be issued into your wallet or credit card, post inspection at our end.
