Conditions for Returns
- 1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- 2. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Base53 packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
Note: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
- 1. If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window (once you receive the product must inform us). Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the relevant category below.
- 2. Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed”
- 3. For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).

- If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. If the same item is not available from the same seller, a refund will be issued.

Non-returnable / No Exchange
- For software-related technical issues or installation issues in items belonging to the software category, please contact the brand directly.
- 1. How we will refund you. If you are entitled to a refund under these terms we will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.
- 2. When we may make a deduction from refunds if you are a consumer exercising your right to change your mind. If you are exercising your right to change your mind:
(i) Refunds will only be made through the original mode of payment.
(ii) We charge a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
(iii) We may further reduce your refund of the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. You must ensure that all items are returned to us in their original packaging, free of any damage. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.
(iv) We charge a return shipping fee of AED 20 and no refund for delivery costs will be covered by us.
- 3.When your refund will be made. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are a consumer exercising your right to change your mind then:
(i) If the products or goods we have not offered to collect them, your refund will be made within 10 calendar days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.
(ii) In all other cases, your refund will be made within 10 calendar days of your telling us you have changed your mind.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange with the exception of jewelry that we only offer a 7 day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We accept returns or exchanges for unworn jewelry as long as the request is made within 7 days of delivery. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary.
We are unable to refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com please title the subject of your email either “Return” or “Exchange” followed by your order number.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
