Conditions for Returns

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Base53 packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

Note: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.

Returns Policy

  1. If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window (with in (10) days). Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the relevant category below.
  2. Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed”
  3. For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable).

If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. If the same item is not available from the same seller, a refund will be issued.

For software-related technical issues or installation issues in items belonging to the software category, please contact the brand directly.

Refunds

1. How we will refund you. If you are entitled to a refund under these above terms we will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.

2. When we may make a deduction from refunds if you are a consumer exercising your right to change your mind. If you are exercising your right to change your mind:

(i) Refunds will only be made through the original mode of payment.

(ii) We charge a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

(iii) We may further reduce your refund of the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. You must ensure that all items are returned to us in their original packaging, free of any damage. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.

(iv) We charge a return shipping fee of AED 20 and no refund for delivery costs will be covered by us.

3. Refund Procedure. We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment, as follows:

  • If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund to you as voucher valid for 1year (can be extended upon request) or bank transfer (require your bank details)
  • If you paid by credit/debit card, it will be refunded respectively.

4. Refund Timescale. Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our customer fulfilment center and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you as follows:

  • if the refund is to your credit/debit card, within thirty (15) days from the day on which we receive the product back in our customer fulfilment center;
  • if your refund is to your wallet (cash on delivery), voucher will be issued in (5) days and bank transfer will be (10)  days from the day on which we receive the product back in our customer fulfilment center;
  • if you have cancelled your order before shipping, an automated refund will be provided back to you.
